Habitat for Humanity of Greater Centre County relies on the generosity of individuals, faith organizations, corporations, and civic groups to sustain our operation. 

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Centre County tithes 10% of our unrestricted donations to Habitat for Humanity International in order to build homes overseas. 

No matter the size of the donations, all donations are greatly appreciated.

HFHGCC and "CentreGives" Event, June 27 & 28!

The Centre County Community Foundation is planning a special event called Centre Gives, a 36-hour online donation event, which will take place from 6 a.m. on June 27 to 6 p.m. on June 28, 2012.  Centre Gives will enable charitable organizations that serve Centre County (like Habitat for Humanity of Greater Centre County) to raise a large amount of funds in a short period of time.  Countywide, matching funds of $100,000 will be available from the Community Foundation!

Match Days have already been organized in many communities across the United States, resulting in the raising of hundreds of thousands of dollars – or more!  We hope that you will join us in making Centre Gives a successful event for the Community Foundation, and for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Centre County!
