Now that winter has arrived, HFHGCC and ReStore will use the following guidelines for delays and cancellations. This is to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff.
- If the Bellefonte Area School District is closed or delayed because of inclement weather, ReStore and worksite(s) will follow the same schedule.
- If it is Saturday and you are unsure as to whether or not the worksite(s) and/or ReStore are open, you can: Check our website www.habitatgcc.org - information will be posted on the homepage; call our office at 353-2390 to listen to the greeting; check Comcast Channel 10; listen to 95.3 WZWW; or watch Comcast Cable Channel 4.

Regular Worksite Hours:
Wednesday - Saturday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Wednesday-Saturday, February 22-25, 2012: Hanging drywall at 173 Woodycrest Street in State College. Maximum of (5) volunteers per day.
Register via the "Construction Calendar" located under the "Volunteer" tab above or click here. Volunteers are needed only dates in yellow; click on the description which will take you to the registration form. Please do not show up to work unless you have registered.
All volunteers are reminded to adhere to the "Worksite Guidelines" located under "Volunteer". In addition, all volunteers working at a work site must review the "Volunteer Safety Manual" and sign the back of the "Waiver" stating you've reviewed it and bring it to the work site on your first day of volunteering.
VOLUNTEERS: For anyone who has registered to work , you must fill out the "Information & Skills Form" online to get you into our NEW database. Thank you.
Our next house will also be located on Woodycrest Street in State College. However, we do not have a build schedule yet. Consequently, we do not have work for construction volunteers on a worksite. Keep checking here for updates.
