HFHGCC ReStore Policy
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit cards, HFHGCC gift cards, cash, and checks. We do not accept two party checks. No cash back on any purchase. Customer must have government issued photo ID to write a check.
There will be a $30.00 charge on all returned checks.
No layaways.
Items are sold AS IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL* with no warranty implied or given.
NO CASH REFUNDS will be issued.
*Some appliances may be (Rev.02/10) eligible for return. Please inspect items carefully prior to purchase. Items designated with “It Works!” sign may not be returned. To be eligible for return, customer must present photo ID and the original receipt dated within 7 days of purchase at the time of return. ReStore may issue an immediate store credit or issue a refund by check. Please allow a minimum of 14 days for check to be issued.
Neither ReStore nor Habitat for Humanity of Greater Centre County shall be held in any way responsible for the condition of items nor are any warranties either express or implied made as to the condition of items. Customers agree to hold ReStore and Habitat for Humanity of Greater Centre County and all its agents harmless for any harm arising out of the use of any purchased item.
Sold items will only be held for seven days. Sold Receipt and/or ID required for pick up. Customers are responsible for loading their purchases.
Restore agrees to store your purchase at our location free of charge for up to seven calendar days. ReStore shall not be construed as a bailee of the item, and has no responsibility for your merchandise while it is on our premises. You bear all risk of loss.

You agree that after the seventh calendar day, any items you have not picked up will be deemed donated to ReStore and may be resold or used for any purpose by Habitat for Humanity. You may repurchase the item at its ticketed price. You will receive no refund or credit in connection with the donation but may be provided with a donation receipt under this agreement. (Rev.02/10)
WE MAY REFUSE DONATIONS BASED ON CONDITION, OUR NEED FOR THE ITEM AT THE TIME OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON. DONATIONS APPROVED DURING BUSINESS HOURS ONLY. ITEMS DUMPED WITHOUT APPROVAL ARE CONSIDERED LITTER AND CARRY A FINE. RECEIPTS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR ANY LITTER.
